The final Time Capsule is found in Israel under the Temple Mount. The year is 1997, and in real life, not in the fictional book, the Israelis allowed them to dig under the Temple Mount. I am explaining this because the book has many things in it that are connected to true events or happenings.
GMOs came onto the retail market in the late 1990s and that is brought out in the book as true timing but a fictional story line wrapped around an actual event.
This pattern is repeated throughout.
